Clients Brief :

The client for the project is GoWilled, an online platform dedicated to demystifying will-making in India. Their objective is to make making wills easy, convenient, and culturally acceptable for all Indians, given the twin challenges of legal intimidation and family reluctance. GoWilled's core values are trust, simplicity, empowerment, and legal strength.

Being an app, GoWilled wasn't just a utility that had to be, it had to also feel comforting, reassuring, and secure in each interaction. The client desired the experience to be relatable and soothing to a wide Indian audience, particularly those who might be new to making a will or unsure about doing so. This required an identity that finds equilibrium between emotional reassurance and legal validity, so users feel assured, nurtured, and empowered through the process.

Our role was to translate GoWilled's goals into a cohesive brand identity and user experience. We approached this by grounding each decision in research, ensuring that the solutions aligned with the brand's mission and cultural context, making the app not just functional and intuitive, but also trustworthy, emotionally supportive, and meaningful.
